It usually offered standard with any equipment lease, care plan or can be purchased separately to cover any piece of hardware you choose to buy from KentPOS. So, if something were to happen to your hardware, all it takes is one quick call to us. We’ll make sure you get a replacement device sent overnight and we’ll even provide you with a prepaid shipping box so you can easily return your broken hardware. Sound simple? It is. On site Service by our own team members as what drives our success. As a Local Company we strive to provide personal same day service to our valued customer base. Remember – Your business may be in the Clouds, but our service is firmly on the ground!

NEXT DAY REPLACEMENT on Drawers and printers (MEMBERS ONLY)

On the next business day you’ll receive a new or fully-refurbished replacement and a prepaid shipping coupon to return the defective device. If practical our own service staff will attend and exchange the faulty device at no extra charge.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
This warranty does not cover items that have been altered, defaced or pieces removed, or has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of the manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to devices that have been lost or stolen.
This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to, scratches and dents, that do not otherwise affect the functionality of the device.
Nor does it cover any aspect of training, operator error, misuse or abuse. Training and Coaching services are available on a pay as you go basis. Call us now to book in your training.
